Why I'm running
I didn't start in politics. I started at a public hearing.
In August 2024 my neighbors and I received notice of a hearing on a nearly 400,000 square foot warehouse proposed behind our homes. Within ten days we had formed Save Wawayanda Inc. and filled the town hall with residents asking why the engineering and environmental reviews hadn't been done properly.
I have spent my career in corporate management, where budgets have to balance and leaders answer for long-term outcomes. What turned that into a candidacy was a simple conclusion: residents deserve a seat at the table before the plans are already underway.

Wawayanda is a town of roughly 7,687 residents making decisions of an unusually large scale. Reasonable neighbors disagree about individual projects — but planning, infrastructure and honest budgeting should not be in dispute. Every figure below links to its source.

Revenues the State Comptroller found the Town underestimated in its adopted budgets.
